What is the first step once I join?
Once you join it is highly recommended to schedule a CrossFit Foundations Class. These classes teach you the basics of CrossFit so that you can workout safely using proper technique.
What is your schedule??
5:30am, 6:30am, 7:30am, 12pm
5:30pm, 6:30pm, 7:30pm
Sunday: 9:30am & 10:30am
If I am out of shape can I still do the program?
Yes, we have modifications for every exercise and we can scale the workouts to your fitness level.
