12 leg swings left/right
50 double unders or 100 singles
15 pvc pass throughs
20 kettlebell swings

WOD
Work capacity
move your pile of weights from point A to point B
1 kettlebell
two 45 lb plates
one 35 lb plate
one 25 lb plate
1 sandbag

Cool down
3 x sled drag
100 meter forward
100 meter backward
