Skill: Wall walks

WOD:”Shoulder Shock”
Dead by wall walks
1 Wall walk the 1st min
2 the 2nd etc. until failure
Rest 1 min
Then for time
Complete 100 shoulder to overhead 75/55 while
every minute on the minute do 3 Front Squats with bar.
Your score is number of wall walks and time
