Strength: 3-3-3 Shoulder Press

practice double unders in between sets

 

WOD: 21-15-9
Deadlift
Front Squat
Push press

Top of every minute 3 burpees

Auxillary:
3x 300m sprints. Rest 90sec between efforts.

I swear I took pictures of everyone today, but I somehow managed to delete all them off my camera too. I will figure this camera out!
