The Competition Criteria – 30 Day Champion Challenge

THE COMPETITION CRITERIA

Each participant will be provided with a tracking sheet for the following criteria. We will be using Beyond the Whiteboard to track food and training. You will need to activate pre-paid account if you have not already.

Points and scoring system will be posted shortly

Body Metrics

We will measure and track before, after, total change and percent change of the following:

  1. Photos
  2. Measurements: Biceps, Chest, Waist, Hips, Total
Benchmark Workouts

We will measure and track before, after, total change and percent change of the following:

  1. Helen: 3 rounds for time 400 m run/21 kettle bell swing/12 pull ups
  2. Crossfit Total: 1RM Thruster / Bench Press / Overhead Squat
  3. Fight Gone Bad
  4. CF Grinder Baseline
    1 mile run, max pull ups/pushups/situps/air squats in 2 minutes
Performance Nutrition

Nutrition will be tracked via journal entries for all-or-nothing point earnings

Using Beyond the Whiteboard (or post on this website comments) to track

  1. Daily food entries
  2. Supplements (supplement info)

Other participation points

  1. Champ Challenge Facebook Group (no specific requirements other than participation)
Training

Points are earned for the following

    1. CF Grinder Class Attendance: post up your attendance/scores on CF Grinder comments (or online for SGPT website)
    2. Training Journal: Using Beyond the Whiteboard or your own daily training log
    3. Goal Movement: Goal set before start – retested at end.
    4. Outside Training: Recorded in Beyond the Whiteboard
    5. One Personal Goal / Skill: Goal set before start – retested at end.
Lifestyle

Attempt all of the following for all-or-nothing point earnings per item

      1. One Competition: Run race, Bike race, Obstacle course event, ect…
      2. One CrossFit Competition: see blog for upcoming events
      3. Be on a Team: join a ¬†team / club, participate in a team event, ect….
      4. One Daily Lifestyle Change: Bike to work, Take the stairs, remove TV from the bedroom, go to church.
      5. Read a good book daily.  Recommended books in the SGPT library Here
