WOD:
In teams of 2
Complete as many
Reps as possible of
3 Rounds
KB Swings 53/35
Pull-Ups
Push Press 95/65
Jumping Lunges
Burpees

One team member works at a time. The first team member
will do KB swings for 1 min, and the second will do KB swings
for the second min. The first team member will do Pull-Ups the
third min etc.
