Warmup 10 minutes

Strength: 3-3-3 shoulder press, with max push press at the end of each set.

Wod:
50m shuttle run, 1 burpee, 50m shuttle run, 1 burpee, 50m shuttle run, 2 burpees, 50m shuttle run, 2 burpees…all the up to 50m shuttle run, 10 burpees, 50m shuttle run, 10 burpees
