5 Wall balls

5 Med ball slams

5 Push-ups

Rest 2 min

“Segmented Cindy”
10 x 2:00 sets with 1:00 rest in between.
5 Pull Up
10 Push Up
15 Air Squat

Goal should be 3+ rounds every set. Record completed rounds and partial round reps for each set.
