The CrossFit Foundations Course is a great way to learn more about CrossFit and the different movements and weight lifting techniques we use with CrossFit. You will learn proper techinque to maximize the fruits of your labor and to reduce the risk of injury. The CrossFit Foundations Course is highly recommended for those who have never done CrossFit. What to Expect at a Class
All of our group sessions are one hour long. Please arrive a few minutes early – classes begin right on time! Members will be lead by our coaches through a progression of mobility drills to improve joint movement and function, skill-based warm-ups to prepare your body for the workout, the WOD (workout of the day) which will include a combination of weightlifting, gymnastics conditioning, running, jumping, power lifting, kettlebells, rowing, etc., followed by post-workout recovery and mobility work. Come as you are – CrossFit Grinder is a judge-free zone! Wear comfortable workout clothes and bring plenty of water. Prepare for the unknown and unknowable!
