1-10 min Establish a 1 RM Snatch
11-20 min Establish a 1 RM Clean and Jerk
21-30 min Establish 3 RM Front Squat
30 – 35 min Clean Up Weights
35 – 50 min 15 min of “Cindy” (5 Pull-ups, 10 Push-ups, 15 Squats)

Your score is the Total weight + total reps in 15 min of Cindy
