Odd Object Wednesday Workout

EMOM 10
odd: 5 handstands to wall
even: 7 bench dips – or 5 ring dips  or 2 muscle ups

rest 4 min… then….

3 rounds for time
Sand bag run to bus stop and back
10 tire flips
20 sledge hammers (total – not each arm)
waiters walk (carry 1 kettle bell high and 1 low) hard as possible (HAP) to bus stop and back
Sled drag (45 lbs plus) to bus stop and back

rest 5 min (foam roll as needed)
cool down
plank hold on hands for 5 minute clock
note times knees touch floor
then 100 sit-ups to finish out.
