Establish 3 rep max push press in 10 minutes
Rest 4 minutes
Odd object Wednesday
all workout is outside
3 rounds for time
Sand bag to bus stop
10 wall ball shots
Sled or prowler to bus stop
10 box jumps
farmers walk w/dumbbell or kettlebell to bus stop
Bear crawl 25 meters forward 25 backwards
* if workout station is full go to next station and come back when that station is open.
** make sure everyone starts at different station to prevent bottle neck
