5 reps every minute on the minute, with weight increasing every 5 minutes.
Fitness starting @ 65/45, increasing by 10 lbs every 5 minutes.
Performance starting at 95/65, increasing by 20lbs every 5 minutes
**If you don’t make the reps in one of the minutes, drop 10lbs(F), and 20lbs(P), and continue for 20 minutes. If you complete all reps, continue working at 20 minutes until failure
