I won’t lie, I was somewhat intimidated when first joining.
I was new to CrossFit – did not understand the “language” (Wod, Amrap, Rx), the only “lifting” I had done was with hand weights and I am not military.
The coaches have made me feel at ease with all of this.
They take the time to explain the workouts (wods), check form, and offer motivation.
I am loving the style of workout and am noticing improvements in my strength. Its great!”
