5 Burpees at the top of each min.
In remaining time of each minute perform Max Kettlebell swings UNBROKEN at 70/53. Only UNBROKEN reps count each minute. If you have to break during a round, you are done until Burpees are completed at top of next minute. Standard is bell must be Vertical! Bottom of bell must be straight up. Workout ends when you have completed 100 KBS.
