Love seeing all the results that crossfit has shown. When I started I could barely do a pull up, 18 months later, I’m doing strict pull ups, handstand push ups, becoming a lot stronger as a power lifter and doing moves I never thought I could see myself doing. On top of that I have regained my confidence, I’m mentally strong and my health is at its peek! I’m excited to see what this next year is going bring as I start to compete. Plus I’m down 20 pounds which is always good in my good, love bringing sexy back. Thanks to all my coaches and fellow athletes I’ve met along the way. Big shout out to Crossfit Grinder!
