Good turnout today for the Frogman workout. Had about 5 guys come through who already have, or are working on contracts to BUD/s (SEAL training). Great group of guys.

4 Rounds of

15 Hand Release Pushups
10 Sandbag Back Squats
1x Run to bus stop and back w/ Sandbag
15 Situps
1x Run through the O-course
