Warmup 10 minutes

Range of motion drills

Strength: Take 10 minutes to work up to a 1rep max of Dead lift

Workout:
70 meters sled pull 160/80
Then…
4 rounds of
10 dead lifts
10 burpees

Aux: max effort extended arm plank on hands
