Clean and Jerk workout 11-20-12

Warmup 10 min

Skill: clean and jerk progressions.
Start with PVC pipe and work up to barbell then add weight as needed working on form.

Lift: 3,3,3 clean and jerk

Workout:
Every 30 seconds for 15 minutes
1 C&J at 85% of your 3 rep max

Cool down stretch and foam roll
