1 Muscle Up
2 Clean and Jerks 135/95
3 Hand Stand Push-ups
4 Box Jumps 30″/24″
5 Burpees
6 Pull-ups
7 KB Swings 53/35
8 Wall Balls 20/14
9 Sit-ups
10 Air Squats
11 Toes 2 Bar
12 OH Squats 135/95

An advanced option of the workout is to
increase the weight on the barbell and
reversing the numbers on the movements.
